Due to the nature of this business and the type of service that we offer, we are unable to issue refunds for purchases made from this website.

Plan Policy​

MONTHLY PLAN
Our monthly plans are designed to suit your business/personal needs.
By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms outlined below.

BILLING & PAYMENT
Payments for monthly plans are due at the start of each billing cycle.
Failure to make payments within 2 days will result in a $20.00usd late fee charge plus $5.00usd every day thereafter.  
 
Plan Duration
Each plan is billed monthly.
You may cancel or modify your plan at any time.
Any changes made to your plan (e.g., upgrades, downgrades) will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
If the plan expires and ongoing work is not completed due to delay caused by the client, there will be a THREE DAYS extension of service charge of $100.00usd.
Additional service
Costs for additional services outside of the regular plan will be billed separately.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure successful and timely delivery of services, clients must:
Provide Timely Content
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content or information required to fulfill this service. Delays in providing content may result in delays in the project timeline.
Clear Communication
The client must communicate their requirements and expectations clearly. This includes informing us of any specific goals, preferences, or concerns.
Adherence to Deadlines
To ensure that services are delivered as agreed, clients must comply with the timelines set out in the project plan. Delays on the client's part may affect the overall schedule.
EXCLUSION
Our monthly plans does not include training or guidance on how to use or manage websites or social media platforms, nor is it intended to provide instruction for clients or their employees.
This service does not include videography, photography, or the creation of videos for ads or other promotional purposes. We highly recommend hiring a professional photographer or videographer to ensure high-quality visual content.
REFUND POLICY
All monthly plan payments are non-refundable.
